Dear Kid's Night families,

First off, thanks to those of you who have invited friends to our kids night, we need to keep the numbers up. And if you see a kids night post on the Facebook MHM page, please take a moment to comment to bump the post back up, thanks!

Thanks so much for all your replies to my earlier party inquiry and for all your offers to help . It looks like its a go! Please don't feel like you have to help in order to partake. Or that you have to do a lot if you do help. If enough people share the load, it will be light.

Now i need to figure out how to make the list so people can see it and we don't get a lot of one thing and not enough of another. But i will say that based on the past parties:
we usually plan on:

• 3 or 4 dozen unfrosted cupcakes
• 3 or 4 dozen cookies that are big enough to be frosted and topped.,
• then of course some frosting
• and then some toppings

I will go through your responses and see what we have and what we still need. I will then post the list (I'll let you know when and where i post it) so you can check what i think you're bring and and what we still need. Contact me to update the list.

The toppings and frostings, if need be, we can run next door and get that night, so the most important thing is coordinating the cupcakes and cookies

PS- the manager has asked me to clean up after Kid's Night, so if your kids make a mess, other than the usual craft table mess, such as on your table or floor, please do me a favor and make them pick it up or pick it up yourself! TIA!

Night before Christmas party!

I have sent out an email inquiring about the possiblilty of doing our annual cupcake and cookie decorating night, the kids were PJs, we have the decorating, a simple craft and tehn we do stories and maybe evena song or two.
