To everyone who helped make the costume party a HUGE success, THANKS! Whether you brought in goodies, held doors or watched for stragglers during the parade, whatever, thank you! A big thanks as well to the Trucchi's employee who broke open bags of lollipops for the kids!

Costume Party this week (October 29th)

Come one, come all, come dressed in costume (or not), but be prepared for fun! There will be crafts, games and some where around 6ish we'll take the gang around the stores for a parade and of course, each child will get a small bag of candy (One per child please)

KIDS NIGHT stuff:

• The school pictures are coming home already, don't forget to bring me a wallet to scan and put up on our bulletin board (wallet can be returned)!
• Pumpkin painting next week (10/15) and we'll be using ACRYLIC paints (not washables) so dress accordingly. It's BYOP  Arrive early to let the paint dry before you leave. PS Lolan Farms has lots of good size ones cheap!

Important Notice for Kid's Night families

Dear Kid's Night families,
I have a few very important topics in this email/post, so  please read on ....

First the good stuff,
We had a nice visit from the MFD and if you hop on Facebook and go to the MFD page, the group picture is their profile pic, at least it was this morning. Hopefully the picture will also be in the Gazette next week. There is a picture from the pirate party in there this week!
If you've been in the past several weeks, you may have noticed a little change with the way things are run. Specifically, I have been keeping the night a little tighter. I have always tried to give the kids a little room and freedom to have fun, but now that we are in a closed room out back, i have been working on keeping the noise and the running around to a minimum so we can concentrate on crafts and games. I hope everyone enjoys it better.

Now to the not so good stuff.
It has been brought to my attention by my manager that we have had ongoing issues on Kid's Nights with food and drinks being taken with out being paid for.
Please remember, while I've always said if once in a while you can't afford to eat out that night, just come for the fun. But that doesn't mean you can take advantage of my kindness. We have a good thing going here, and I don't want one or two people to spoil it for us. It is after all, a business, and Papa Gino's won't continue to let us have Kid's Night if they are not making money.
Also in that light, please note:
Ice creams are not free. They come with a kids meal. Otherwise, there is a charge.
If you get a courtesy cup, please use it only for water.
No one is allowed in my storage room.
Lastly, I hate to have to say this, but if you take a water or drink out of the cooler, please pay for it!
