The Christmas Party is on!

Looks like we have enough people helping and bring stuff! The weather isn't cooperating, but its our last chance, so the party is on! Use your own discretion of course. Hope to see you there! Don't forget the Pj's and slippers!

Christmas Party at Kid's Night help list!

PLEASE NOTE: Rather than repost this list over and over, i will update this same post, so check back to see whats left on the list.
AS OF TODAY (12/12): need a few more toppings, check the list of what we have coming.
I think we're finally all set on cookies and cupcakes.

December 17th is our annual Christmas (Eve) party at Kid's Night (not actually on Christmas Eve).

PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE TO GET OUT ASAP after the party, so i would appreciate everyone making sure they get there on time and if you can, helping to clean up after. THANKS!

The plan is to do crafts and maybe practice some carols till 6:00, that will give people time to get there and eat dinner, and me time to set up decorating tables. Around 6 the cupcake and cookie decorating will begin. we'll do that till around 7ish. At 7, i will sit the kids down in the dining area for some quiet games songs and stories, ending with The Night Before Christmas. Kids are welcome to come dressed in their PJ's, bring a blanket or stuffed animal for the story time if they like. My hope is to have a nice homey feeling for the evening,and i appreciate any help you can give:

What we need:

Toppings to decorate with, such as

• little tubes of icing gel (the little ones you use to make lines and letters with, not the big ones with different tips)
• anything you can think of that isn't on the have list below

I have enough cupcakes coming (Thanks Michelle and Sherry) 
I already have people bringing frosting (2 chocolate and 2 vanilla) (Thanks Nadine and Mary Ann! )
Someone is bringing Gummy bears and sprinkles (Thanks Amy)
I have cookies coming, (Thanks Krystal, Hillary and Rebecca)
I have mini m&ms coming (Thanks Krystal)
I have spice drops and licorice coming (thanks Jen)
